Creative Ways to Improve a Brand

Updated: Nov 21, 2019

I never lack creativity and always am able to generate fresh ideas to improve brands. One of my favorite projects to work on involves making branding changes/updates. If your brand is not leaving a lasting impression with the people you want to do business with and the public then you probably could use a little bit of pizzazz to create some star power like the big brands do very well for example like Apple, Google, Target or Starbucks.

  1. Know what your business does and does well. Communicate it well across all marketing and all platforms.

  2. Create a heartfelt story of why you are in business and tell your story in your marketing.

  3. Know and be able to communicate your “why me” “why us” - why should customers do business with you? Why should someone want to work for your company?

  4. Communicate your star power! What makes you the company to select vs others in your industry. Know what makes your company unique and special.

  5. Know your customers and how to develop content that is interesting to them.

  6. Look good everywhere across all mediums and create brand images that people remember

  7. Get personal/be real. People connect emotionally to brands.

  8. Don’t be afraid of social media. Use free public communication tools to your advantage.

  9. Involve company leadership in the content development process.

  10. Don’t be afraid to brag. If you do something well, let it be known, for example winning awards, having successful client survey results, zero shipping errors or a being quality focused company.

These are just some of the ways we can take a look at making improvements to your band. Contact me today to schedule a free 30 minute consultation.
